Three Cable Companies Hiking Prices For 2020
There may be a new batch of “cord cutters” coming around as three cable TV services announced their intention to increase costs for consumers. According to Consumer Reports, Comcast, AT&T, and Spectrum all have plans to hike prices for cable TV subscribers for 2020. The price hikes come as additional streaming options from networks have become more prevalent. Charter Communications and Spectrum Management have started to issue credits to New York consumers as part of its record-setting consumer fraud settlement that was reached last year.
