Verizon Salesman, Old Bridge Resident Guilty Of Stabbing Man In Neck: Prosecutor
A 35-year-old Verizon door-to-door salesman was convicted on Wednesday, March 26, of stabbing a man in the neck in 2022 in Ocean County, authorities said.
Michael Tsamas, a Laurence Harbor resident, was found guilty of aggravated manslaughter in the death of Joseph Delgardio, a Jackson Township resident, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Tsamas was also convicted of multiple weapons charges, Billhimer said.

A man was arrested after allegedly attacking a victim in Orange County and leaving him with a serious cut, authorities said.
The assault happened at 755 Route 17M, near the Dogwood Acres Family Farm, on Friday, March 14 at around 6:15 p.m., when Wallkill Police officers responded to the home, the department announced on Monday, March 17.

A Westchester man faces multiple weapons charges after being caught with loaded firearms and large-capacity magazines, prosecutors announced.
Malachi Beccan, age 27, of Mount Vernon, was arraigned in Westchester County Court on Thursday, Feb. 13, following an indictment on weapons charges, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced.
According to court documents, Beccan was found in possession of two loaded firearms—a Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol and a Cobray 9mm pistol—on Jan. 23, 2025. He was also allegedly in possession of five large-capacity magazines.
