Tyler Allan Monzietti, 24, of Tobyhanna, has been charged after investigators say he hit the child and her grandmother while they legally crossed West Hamilton Street, then drove away from the scene, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin Holihan and Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca.

Randolph Donald Marchant, 68, of Westminster, Massachusetts, was taken into custody on Thursday, May 7 at his home in connection with the death of James Blowe, 41, of Harrisburg, according to Swatara Township police.
