Police in Connecticut say a car crashed into a utility pole Thursday night, Feb. 19, sparking a fire and triggering a brief manhunt after the driver ran from the wreck.
Jayden Elijah Cruz, 23, of Manchester, faces multiple charges following the crash on Elton Road in Berlin around 11:40 p.m., authorities said. Cruz was not hurt in the wreck.
