Greenwich Boy, Among Best Fencers In America, Eyes Event In Poland After winning bronze at USA Fencing's North American Cup last weekend, 10-year-old Shaun Kim of Greenwich is headed to Wroclaw, Poland to compete in his first international fencing competition. Shaun, a student at the Hackley School in Tarrytown, is currently ranked 11th in the nation in Youth-10 Boys Saber. He started fencing when he was seven encouraged by his father, who always admired the sport and enjoyed watching his college friend compete at Princeton University.  Shaun took to fencing quickly and began competing just last year.
